1) Cells with membrane bound dense core granules give rise to a specific type of hormone. You can't tell what hormones are released. You can say that it is the peptide type of secretion.
2) Part of the lower portion of the infundibulum a) unmyelinated axons filled with granules b) Big collection of granules = Herring bodies = neurophysin=heavy protein carrier
3) Thyroid - Upper portion = lumen; black dots labelled with idodine, Lower portion = the apical portion of the thyroid
4) Follicular cells - See at the apical follicular border = Represents Thyroglobulin; F = follicle; N=Nucleus
5) Big nucleii equal chief cells There are lots of glycogen granules, lipid droplet, dense core membrane bound granules ( worm like structure)
6) Big dark cells at the bottom - Circular funny things = mitochondria; Oxophili cells
